Warsame Law is a leading law firm based in Mogadishu. We offer a broad range of legal services to national and international organizations and institutions, small and medium-sized businesses and private individuals. The firm was founded in 1983 by Prof. Issa Ahmed Warsame, an eminent lawyer and university lecturer. For more than 40 years, the firm has delivered unique legal services over to the general public. After consultation with many senior lawyers, the firm’s founder has decided to rebrand it for the purpose of its modernization as it is well prepared to adapt to the multiple technological innovations for the improvement of its service delivery. Therefore, it combines the legacy of these decades with the contemporary solution-oriented legal practice and offers full service legal solutions to its national and international clients. A number of senior lawyers are functioning within Warsame Law as partners and consultants. These senior lawyers lead many associates who perform their activities under the guidance of these experienced counsels.

Warsame Law has good collaboration with some international and regional law firms, such as: Latham and Watkins (USA), R&P Legal (Italy), CNA Solicitors, Berwin Laighton Paisner (both in the UK), ICLG International Cooperation Law Group, Dr. Khalid Altwayan Law Firm (both in Saudi Arabia) and the like.

Warsame Law is led by a board of partners which is composed of both executive and honorary members depending on their contribution to the funding capital of the firm.
