As the private sector is growing in Somalia as well as in Somaliland and other regional states, namely, Puntland, Galmudug, Hirshabelle, South West and Jubaland. The capital city Mogadishu is the biggest and most populous city in Somalia.

Business community is developing as traders are incorporating themselves in corporates. The relevant law must be followed for the formation of such companies. They must seek legal advice to avoid irregularities and defects in their incorporation.

Such commercial companies are required to take legal advice in their daily operations. Meanwhile, the large companies must be represented by lawyers in their negotiations with their counterparts. So, the lawyers have to assist these companies for smooth conclusion of the important transactions.

The transaction lawyers must avoid any conflict of interest when they provide legal assistance for competitive companies. These lawyers have to abide by the principle of confidentiality.
